Chase Cabinetry's Terms and Conditions of Sales and Service

Chase Cabinetry stands behind ALL of the cabinet lines we represent. We will stand behind YOU in the event an issue should arise.
*Please read our terms and conditions of sales and service carefully.
Chase Cabinetry requires an original signature on a copy of this document prior to order placement.

  • The Chase Cabinetry work order is our legal and binding contract.
    • Your signature on the work order and the terms of service agreement is required prior to your order being placed.
    • Your signature on the work order constitutes your approval and acceptance of our final design.
    • You will be required to provide confirmation on the dimensions of all appliances or accessories within the work area.
    • Please remember, these cabinets are being constructed specifically for you and your home or business.
    • You agree to take delivery on the agreed upon date and remit any outstanding money at that time.
  • Payment methods and expectations:
    • New customers are required to pay 100% of the quoted price prior to order placement.
    • Chase Cabinetry provides free design services only on orders placed through Chase Cabinetry. Up to 10% of your ‘offer’ price may be charged as design ‘fees’ if you choose to purchase the design(s) offered by Chase Cabinetry elsewhere.
    • Chase Cabinetry accepts cash, check, Mastercard, and Visa. Please present valid identification when payment is made with check or credit card.
    • Once your order has been placed with the manufacturer, the sale is final.
  • Chase Cabinetry warrants and guarantees your cabinet purchase to be free from manufacturing flaws and defects upon delivery.
    • You must be present at the time of delivery to account, accept and sign for all items listed on the work order.
    • Since Chase Cabinetry has no control over the product once the cabinets are in your possession, we ask that you perform a final inspection of all surfaces, doors, drawers, and cases within forty eight (48) hours of acceptance.
    • You shall have forty eight (48) hours from acceptance to notify Chase Cabinetry of any damage or design inaccuracies.
    • This notification must occur prior to installation or relocation to another property.
    • Failing to notify Chase Cabinetry of damage or design inaccuracies within this period shall be construed as your final acceptance.
  • Warranty claims shall be immediately communicated to Chase Cabinetry.
    • A representative of Chase Cabinetry will then perform an onsite inspection and submit a claim to the manufacturer on your behalf.
    • Damage caused by misuse, customer neglect or incorrect installation is not covered by the Chase Cabinetry nor any manufacturer warranty.
